Position Vacant - Business Operations Manager

 

Touch Football Australia (TFA) invites applicants to fill the position of the Business Operations Manager for TFA in the Canberra Office.  

The position is business critical including professional financial operations management, administrative management, business development and general operations support in one of Australia’s fastest growing sports. 

As a key member of the senior management team, and reporting directly to the Commercial Operations Manager, you will contribute to the strategic direction, long term planning and business performance of the organisation.  Your responsibilities will include managing the delivery of financial and operational business support to the national office and state operations under a unified management structure being delivered for the administration of the sport of Touch.

You will be tasked with the operational management of the financial system, clerical support structures and business initiatives required to drive this exciting business forward.

A huge focus will be placed on the business and operational synergies of the organisation and their improved alignment with the unified operational function. Strong leadership and supervisory skills are a must along with a proven success in operational management.
